‘Shams Charania Runs Hoop Central’: $1.5M biased tweets from NBA insiders against Stephen Curry Russell Westbrook exposed

Recently, NBA insider and analyst Shams Charania found himself in an embarrassing situation. The Athletic reporter was called out for running the popular social media account Hoop Central. A major blunder from the Chicago native who finds himself caught in a storm online.

Shams was revealed via a screenshot posted to Hoop Central’s Twitter account. The topic is Draymond Green’s reaction to Lakers guard Patrick Beverley’s 3-game ban.

From what the screenshot looks like, it was taken by Sham’s phone. This leaves the 28-year-old in a worrying situation, with social media digging up some of the account’s old tweets and exposing his biased opinions of players and former colleagues.

As such, it was only a matter of time before the skeletons emerged from the closet and possibly left Shams with a read face.
